My current surgeon directed goal is 135 but that may change when I go in for my next visit.
I want to reach my goal weight and stay there!!!
I would like to get to my goal weight which is 160 lbs.
I am trying to get the weight loss surgery underway! It takes so many hoops.
I think my ideal weight should be between 140 to 160. I will achieve this goal!
