I am Mia and loosing 150 would put me at about 165 pounds. I am 5'4 and have been heavy forever.
i am currently 314 lbs. i want to lose 150 lbs. to be able to sit on the floor with my furr kids.
So, this is my new major goal! I have already lost 100 pounds, now I want to lose 150 big ones!
ultimately, i want to get down to 130-140 pounds. i would like to be there by june 2011.

40 pounds down, 110 to go!
Hope to do this in about 18 months - I think that is realistic. Can't wait to get started.
