Remember all the things I can’t do because of weight related pain and suffering and remind myself of everything I gain from reducing.
For me this is 150 lbs. (Really hard to imagine, but I am going to work hard to get there.)
This is better for me than setting a goal weight. I can flucuate within a normal BMI range!
Be a healthy BMI
I will need to be approx.125 lbs to see a normal BMI. Haven't been that weight since high school lol
