I keep trying. Diets. Pills. About to try a gym but it’s so lonely. No support.

I started at 299.50 and now at 166. I want to reach 150 by my one year anniversary which is June 26
I want to reach my goal weight by my anniversary date!!
How can I possibly do this I have been trying for years!
Who knew 10 lbs could be so daunting?
I really want to reach this goal by my 1 year surgeversary
I haven't weighed 150 since 1981.
