I am sticking to the diet prescribed by my doctor and I am getting regular exercise. My exercise regime will step up though once I get the all clear to get back to the weights in the gym.
My goal is to get down to 185.
I WANT TO GET UNDER 200LBS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.that would feel great!!

i started out at 335lbs and am now 210! just 11lbs to go to achieve this.
