I love running . I’m so glad I got this surgery . It’s the best thing I ever did . I can run like someone is chasing my at 338 . I am drinking more water and working out by June 1st I want to be 250
work out at least 5 days a week.
Right now I am not working out the way I should and I need to get to it
Actually I want to do 6 days a week with 3 days being strength and the others focused on cardio
I have been working out for 2 days so far. Only 20-30 min at a time. I want to start 5 day a week
I bought an elliptical to save the cost of gym!! so now it is time to start putting it together..
I am doing this regularly but it is an ongoing goal. Just added Curves to my workout routine.
Dang...this will be hard...but I want to do it!
