I've joined a gym and have two accountability partners.
I will make it a priority. I will log it daily.
Take more hikes when I'm home and bored instead of sitting down on my phone
Start today with 10 mins on the treadmill and increase by 5 mins a week
Get out walking mall use some equipment l have in my house
I'm doing the 21 day fix
Remind myself that I have to put myself first sometimes and do this for me in order to have a better quality of life.
got to get my car fixed.. at least start walking around the neighborhood more
Normally I see pictures of really fit people that look what I would love to get near to. What keeps me going is seeing how strong my body is and how my skin is not loose anymore!

Walk at a place where other walkers are...then I am reminded I am not alone in my "walk".
Stop making excuses on why I am not exercising and just do it.
I have problems sleeping during the day and not at night. I plan to go to the gym 3 days a week.
Currently doing water aerobics 3 X week and also trying to work out on my own at least once a week.
