I've started my jouney to weight loss and one day be able to smile when I see a picture of myself.
I have maybe a handfull of pictures of me from the last 15 yrs. And they all make me miserable.
I photo can put you down because it exposes the truth I no longer take full body photos
I can smile now as long as it's only of my face or profile.
