VSG on 12/14/09 with
Back from New York City.  I happily (sadly) ate my way through my favorite things.  And, the scale reminded me of it this morning..along with my swollen fingers!  And, I'm sick as a dog with flu-like symptoms.  Thankfully, that didn't hit until I was en route home.  Back to basics now.

I am up to 105.6 today due to two days of eating everything in sight.  I planned to be good for the Superbowl party, but it didn't go that way.  I still ate much less than I would have prior to the sleeve, but I ate bread and hummus, nuts and cheese in a manner that can only be described as grazing.  I am doing much better today.  I have to just forgive myself and move on.  Today I am eating two eggs for breakfast, pulled beef (london broil, so very lean) stew for lunch and maybe just some cottage cheese for dinner.  No snacks today.  I hope that a few days of this and I will lose the two extra pounds.  Sometimes this is effortless, sometimes it's work but it always feels doable.

well im back from my week of eating on and off plan and have now a 3lb gain to get rid of to get back to where i was before my brother inlaw came...

i really do envy those who eat what they want and do not gain... it must be so nice...
