My Wi-Fi is still down this morning, and a repair man is coming this afternoon. So I am still dictating on my phone.

This morning the scales said 136.4, which is a drop of 1.2 pounds overnight. It also feels like I dropped a size overnight in terms of how my clothes feel right now. This is so weird, but I am glad to see my weight moving faster toward my old set point, which is now only 0.8 pounds away.

Yesterday's calories were 1,458, thanks to the ladies club dessert, a slice of apple pie that I just picked at and ate none of the crust.

I can't wait to get my WiFi back and access to a real keyboard again.

That's all for now.

Today is WW studio workshop day, and I?ll hit my first week under the weight to begin logging six weeks to lifetime maintenance. DH is having hip #2 replaced 03/17/2020. By mid-June, he should be good to go for summer activities. When our contractor was here yesterday to scope out the job, we found out we need new, shorter cabinets above the upgraded microwave, as it is larger capacity. Outside venting is no big deal for him, so that?s great. While he was here, he expressed significant interest in our RV, which was unexpectedly wonderful !!

Are you selling the RV?

Yes, enough of winters and nomadic life isn't us! A protracted legal battle isn't either. This size RV is better off with someone who can tweak and repair.

It is too bad that you had to go through the grief, because it sounded like it would be such fun. I hope you won't lose a lot of money on it at the end of the day. Do you think you will buy a winter place somewhere in it's place?

You guys are up early this morning!

Weight 130, WW blue points 10. If I don't gain I should sneak by tomorrow into lifetime range. I'm still bouncing around this weight even though I have had my points really low the last few days. I'd like to see a drop that keeps me in the 120s consistently, but patience I guess. My smaller clothes are starting to fit (though not the smallest ones).

Yesterday we went to the beach for several hours. It was a beautiful day and I picked up some great shells on a walk. The water was too cold to go over my knees though. As I recall, it will be warm enough to swim in sometime in March.

I do my long walk today whi*****ludes coffee and chatting at Panera. We do that on Wednesdays and Fridays. Other than that, just some shopping and waiting for someone to come this afternoon to fix one of my floor tiles which sounds hollow. I might go to the Alzheimer's Support meeting I attended down here last winter.

Enjoy your mid-week!

Well, OH did NOT eat my post. I did not hit submit. I found it still waiting to be sent this morning... I deleted it and will post a little today....

The keeper puppy has a name - Dinah. It suits her. She is named after the 1930s song of the same name. "Dinah, is there anyone finer in the state of Carolina? If there is and you know her, show her to me...." I first heard the song as a kid watching Andrea McArdle portray Judy Garland in Rainbow. So, that's the version I think of... Dinah, sung by Andrea McArdle

Been having some weird stuff (head stuff, not physical) going on over the past weeks. Not sure why, but hoping to figure it out. Ron thinks it might be sleep deprivation.

Today is Valentine Day at school. Not my favorite day of the year. I love Halloween. This one, not so much. LOL! Kids are amped up, so they are currently hard at work sharing opinion pieces they wrote about having indoor picnics on the cafeteria floor. Mental and physical activities rock on days like today. We will begin revision #2 after their sharing.

Got my first offer from a parent to bring me a box of Girl Scout cookies. Kind of proud of myself for declining. I mentioned my sugar issues and that I didn't really need a box of cookies at this time.

I love that Andrea McCardle scene from "Rainbow"! I've never seen that before.

Had no idea she was in that movie. Thanks, Devon. :)

She is a beautiful dog with an unfortunate hair cut. However, the haircut actually was developed from utility. When the Pudle (Poodle) was a working hunting dog used for water retrieving, hunters developed this cut to keep the joints warmer while out in the elements, but lessen the clean up need after the dog plunged into a lake or pond to retrieve water fowl. What we see now is the Poodle "gone Hollywood" and in "Parisian High Fashion". In this 1899 drawing you can see the remnants of the original utilitarian trim.
