Weight 128.8, WW blue points 34. I did sneak back to WW lifetime by .2 yesterday. Not only do I not have to pay in the future, but they refunded last month as well so I only paid for one month! I'm okay with my weight now but am annoyed by some remaining back fat which when gone will probably allow me to get back into my smallest clothes. I wonder if some liposuction could take care of it? Maybe I'll explore that later this year when back at home.

The Valentine's dinner dance was good last night, though a bit bittersweet at times. But I did get a fair amount of exercise dancing with my friends and kept my heels on all night (though my feet were definitely hurting at the end).

Today it is supposed to be cloudy so I may just hang around. I have to wait for a check delivery anyway. The long term care facility sent the last months check by Fedex and it requires a signature so they were unable to deliver it yesterday.

Have a wonderful Friday!

Liz, WOOT for you on reaching your lifetime goal! That must feel good. And it's more good news that you got last month's dues refunded.

Yesterday's WW weigh-in showed a one-pound loss for the week. :) I'm loving learning to eat a wide variety of foods (mostly nutritious, but some treats) and continuing to lose weight.

BTW, I found out yesterday that I had set my official WW goal for 137.5, which is 2 pounds more than my nude-first-thing-in-the-morning weight at home of 135.6. That works for me. I should be there in a week or two. Then we'll see if my studio will refund last month's dues. :)

It's really cold here this morning--was ten degrees (feels like two degrees, says weather.com), but it's clear as a bell. Sunday should be much warmer--55 degrees. My big lawn mower's flat tire was fixed this week, so my plan is to FINALLY clean up that field I've been itching to fix all winter.

T.G.I.F.! Today I have another club luncheon (a group that supports the local college library). Today's program is about hydroponic farming, which sounds kind of interesting. :) Friday also means hip-hop dance class tonight, which I will endeavor to enjoy without injury. I'm now practicing "The Wobble," an old line dance that can look fairly cool if you do it right. Here's a fun youtube.com video of a room full of adults enjoying wobbling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rFdeskwbhAM

Yeah for you almost at WW goal too! I miss line dancing - we used to have it here but not this year. I learned the wobble at it but can't remember how to do it now ;)

It is going to be 80 and HUMID here today (sorry).

Ha it was -13 here this morning. Right now it is 19, with Sun and a bitter wind. One day I will join you for warm winters...

Happy Valentines Day (My least favorite "holiday", perpetual singleton that I am)

Congratulations Liz! Very impressive. And you're really close too, Ann! Liz, I hear you on back fat. In the mirror, I look just fine from the front, but from the back is a very different lumpy story.

Tonight I'm going to see Parasite with a friend. Will report back. Has anyone else seen it?

No, haven't seen Parasite, but I look forward to your report.

And I will guarantee you my little cinema here in the Ozarks will never show a South Korean film with subtitles. Unless Vin Diesel is in it. LOL!

SIL saw it and thought the first part was funny, but the remainder was gruesome.

PS - my friend and her husband are off the ship! Cambodia let them dock and the prime minister himself greeted every passenger with handshakes and kisses and gave them flowers. She said hundreds of Cambodians also came out to cheer their arrival.
