I am very hungry today. I am down 3 lbs. and that seems to have triggered a new level of hunger again. I have always wondered if sucking out, cutting off or Sonabellaing old deflated fat cells would decrease hunger? I am too old for that sort of thing now anyways. I have been picking up, cleaning and gardening today to keep my mind off my appetite. Tri

S: salad: lettuce, carrots, sugar snap peas, broccoli, green pepper, cucumber, sun flower seeds and fat free Italian dressing 200

L: turkey dog, bacon and whole wheat roll 260

S: nsa fudgesicle, Viactive and grapes 130

S: my veggie soup 50

D: pasta, broccoli and turkey 500

S: grapes and peanuts 200
