hey how are you all doing,,, i hope well as far as myself im great!!! im 222,,, im so happy,, i have to lose another 35 more pounds to meet dr.kim goal,,, but its been a long time coming i feel and look great! lol i must say..im still learning how to eat ,,lol.. i love the new me so far... and i work out all the time and my job helps out a lot.... but i plan on getting to my goalby this summer,,, so with that been said pray for me and i pray for for you,,,,, i will post pic soon...

I PRAY AND HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH EACH OF U,,,, IM SO SORRY ITS BEEN A WHILE SINCE I WAS LAST ON HERE, I VE BEEN WORKING AND MY SON IS A HAND FULL WITH SCHOOL AND GETTING HIM READY FOR TESTING HAS BEEN A JOB,,, BUT ALL IS WELL,,, IM VERY HAPPY AT THIS POINT WITH MY WEIGHT LOST.. IM 235,,,,
,, THE DOC WANT ME TO BE 189 SO I GOT 46 MORE POUNDS TO GO,,, 
,,,, MY JOB KEEP ME MOVING SO THATS HOW I GET MY WORKOUT IN,,, LOL,,, BUT FOR THE MOST PART I HAVE TO STILL WATCH WHAT I PUT IN MY MOUTH,,, I STILL CANT EAT A LOT OF FOOD BUT IM OKAY WITH THAT... IM A SIZE 16 IN THE HIPS,,LOL AND MY SHOES SIZE HAS WENT DOWN AS WELL,,,,, I LOOK AND VERY GREAT.... BUT I STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO,,, I HAVE SOME LOSE SKIN BUT NOT THAT BAD NOTHING I CANT DEAL WITH,,, BUT IM REALLY GOOD,,, KEEP PRAYING FOR ME AS I KEEP PRAYING FOR U ALL,,,,, O YA!!! SMH I HAVE NOT WENT SHOPPING YET CAUSE IM STILL LOSING SO I CANT WAIT,,,,, LOVE U ALL,,,,

HEY FAMILY,
I PRAY AND HOPE ALL IS WELL,,, IM DOING REALLY WELL I HAD MY SURGERY 12-27-12,, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT,, WENT HOME THE NEXT DAY... THE HARDEST PART FOR ME WAS THE LIQUID DIET,, AND THE CREAMS,,, NOW I CANT EAT MEAT REALLY IT DONT FEEL GOOD GOING DOWN SO I KNOW ITS GOING TO TAKE A WHOLE TO GET BACK ON TRACK BUT FOR NOW IM OKAY,,, I HAVE LOST 31 POUNDS AND DOWN MAY TWO DRESS SIZES.,, I FEEL GOOD FOR THE MOST PART THOSE FIRST FEW DAYS WAS HARD,, BUT HERE I AM STANDING AND STILL WALKING AND TALKING TO THE LORD,,, IM BACK AT WORK BUT I DONT OVER DO IT,, I TAKE MY TIME,,, I ASKED MYSELF ALL THE TIME IF I HAD TO WOULD I DO IT ALL OVER???? YES INDEED I WOULD,,,, IM WORTH IT, I DID EVERYTHING THAT THE DOC TOLD ME TO DO BECAUSE I DIDNT WONT ANY ISSUES
!!!! BUT IM SO SORRY IT TOOK ME A MIN TO WRITE A POST ,, ITS BEEN CRAZY FOR ME BUT THANK U TO EVERY ONE WHO WAS PRAYING FOR ME I COULD TELL I HAD PEOPLE PRAYING FOR ME

hello i hope and pray everyone is doing well.
as for myself i am great! as you all know that i am paying out of pocket for my surgery and i am down to my last 4,000. all glory to be god!!! i am so ready to get this behind me.. i wanted you all to know that my doc is dr. david kim here in the dallas fort worth. his office staff is great im so happy i picked him ,,, so 12-4-12 i go to class, 12-14-12 i see dr. kim ,12-20-12 i start my liquids for 7 days and 12-27-12 is my surgery
so with the dates in place its feel so unreal but im ready so i will keep you all posted..... have a bless thanksgiving ,,,, this is the time to be thankful for the things and family that god has blessed us with and know that without god we would be nothing so lets just be thankful for god grace and mercy that keeps us from day to day... because we all walk in favor and know that he walks beside us daily blessing us and healing our body. sometimes we really dont know how bless we are until we talk to someone eles thats doing worst then we are so,,,, i give god praise all day long for the things that i know it wasnt no one but him,,,,,,,,,,, have a bless day,,,,,,,,

okay i started working out this week and i already lost 2 pounds its not a lot but to me its all good as long as that scale keep going down and I'm looking and feeling good that's all that matter. I'm working out and eating better i made my mind up if I'm going to do this i got to go all the way. my co worker they are a mess telling me what not to eat while they are eating all the wrong things i told them that I'm not going to eat with them anymore if they keep on, lol talking about cake and stuff like that. they are a trip but i love them their my family too.

my co worker they are men and they eat all kind of stuff like cakes and candy and you name it they eat it and men don't put on weight like women do so i need to stay away from them for real ,,lol so i guess im eating by myself...
the doc office told me to come in and sit in the support group i think i will and just see how this can help .. and not just help me to lose weight for now but for life.. i really want this and i need to start now not just after the surgery.
I'm going throw i divorce and my husband has always been there to say tyeice okay watch your diet and now he isn't there and i have to learn self control and not just eat cause i don't have anything to do ...sooooooooo
my job has a workout room and I'm going to start working out once a day for a hour five days a week and start eating better any way i we keep you all posted..
pray for me as i pray for u as we go throw this journey together

hey o.h. friends.im going to try to lose 25 or more pounds in 90 days . by working out and eatting single portion of food, drinking water and saying no to sweets. im trying to get myself ready for 12/12. and if more fall off .good the more the better. i hope and pray that each one of u have had a bless day!!!! because GOD is in control of all things HE (GOD) has the last say....
