hey o.h. friends.

im going to try to lose 25 or more pounds in 90 days . by working out and eatting single portion of food, drinking water and saying no to sweets. im trying to get myself ready for 12/12. and if more fall off .good the more the better. i hope and pray that each one of u have had a bless day!!!!  because GOD is in control of all things HE (GOD) has the last say....
