"My first impression of Dr. Pender was classic doc. He was nice, quick, and appropriate. He has a large staff so I remembered names and kept with the same 2 office people and they were nice. What future patients should know about him is that he's good. Remember to talk to him though. It's a training hospital and you end up talking to students and interns. Overall score for my provider was a 9. It would have been 10, but the interns and med students just get confusing. Dr. Pender has great surgical competence and bedside manner. "
