Whew Lawd! As I type this, I am getting over what I can honestly call my worst dumping episode ever! It lasted for 2 1/2 hours! I thought I was going to die. KFC is no longer my friend, but yet it is also reassuring to know that after 3+ years, the RNY is still in full effect! I will take heed from now on.I've picked up a few pounds but that's what happens when life gets in the way. It's time to refocus. I won't be making any huge effort at weight loss right now (I have my reasons) but that won't stop me from making better food choices to maintain where I am (for now).
