"Yuck. Hated the taste of the Lemon Tea and couldn't drink it all. It ended up down the drain..Now I found the Natural Tealicious one pretty good..It would be ok once in awhile. Not sure I could do it often tough"
"I've been drinking this almost daily as a hot chocolate drink mixed with water. I do mix a little non dairy creamer, splash of cream, milk and/or cin sometimes as I think I liked it doctored up just a bit. It's one of the few protein drinks though that doesn't have a bad smell or taste to it and isn't thick or gritty. It's more thin and smooth to my liking and mixes well in water.. After my first sample I wasn't sure I liked this product but by the second sample I was hooked on it. I seem to get an energy boost from it. (A much needed energy boost-due to low thyroid issues) I think it must be something it's amino acids- creatine thing that I read helps boost energy for bodybuilders Well that's my theory anyway.. lol
The Orange Cream is good in water too. I have yet to try the vanilla. "
