One Day at a Time....

I don't even want to write.. I would really like to just sleep for a year & be ready for my hubby to come home from his 1 year deployment to the Mid-East! I am doing okay on the surface - minus the crying spells here and there, but mostly better for now. It is soooo tough knowing how much our children will change this year while their dad is away, and all the things we will have to go through without him. Our daughter's graduation and me getting her off to college... we are praying that he can get his R&R/ leave time to come home for her graduation. Plus me being basically a single parent for a year, not like I haven't done that before, but this time it just feels different. Mostly because of our youngest boy, (age 4) they change and grow so much at this stage. And our 12 yr old - I'll get the joys of bringing him into those teens by myself. ugh. I Do count it all joy - because I know the tough stuff just makes us stronger, and I also know that God has a hope and a plan for us. So, I am just finding a place to whine a little, then chin-up, and back on the horse! Turn the page an exciting adventure is on the way. I can do All things through Christ who strengthen me!
