"First impression: Dr. Kim is YOUNG!!! Seems a bit quiet and reserved. As I got to know him better, it became apparent that he is very compassionate and concerned for his patients. Most of his staff have had WLS of one type or another and seem very friendly and helpful. The only thing that bugs me is that although he performs the DS, he seems hesitant to admit it. Also, he has moved my surgery date 4 times to ensure that there would be plenty of staff on hand after my surgery. It makes me feel like he is EXPECTING complications. His aftercare program and support groups are excellent. He is very clear on the severity of the surgeries. So far, I give him a A. Hopefully once I have the surgery, it will be a A+."
