"The nurses were very slow to respond to a call for medications or needs, such as ice chips, or bathroom help right after surgery. The visitor policy was not properly enforced, so my roomate had 4+ visitors until 10:30 pm, while I was told that my 4 year old and 15 month old were not welcome, as they may disturb my roomate, even for a 5 minute visit. It could be cleaner, as well."
