Back On Track

Nov 08, 2006

This surgery is simply a tool not a fix all. I am going to be two years out and I find daily that is is a constant stuggle with myself to not fall back into "old habits." So I am asking myself, what can I do to get back on track? Well I am now going to keep a log of what I eat and what times I eat. I am going to get in more exercise even if that means a 15 walk. ANYTHING. I am also going to communicate with the OH online support group and some of my friends from there. They are the ones who keep me motivated and wanting to succeed at this. I need to have all of them in my life to help me with my struggles and frustrations. So my personal goal is to lose 15 pounds by my two year mark. I CAN DO IT!!!
