Not a good day!!

I have been trying to go out more and more each day, but today my incision hurts some and I feel a little sick to my stomach for the first time. I am not sure why but I guess it comes with the territory. As long as that scale moves I don't give a care, it's aight with me. I'm down 19lbs and it's only been what..9 days. This is G-R-E-A-T, I'm lovin it. Well I'm ecstatic if no one else is. Oh well, gotta go.

Well it's done. I am finally on my journey and so far it's been real. I am on day 6 and have lost 15lbs. I have gone from 0 pain to a lot of pain and every thing in between but I still feel that it is all worth it. I am so happy to be on this journey finally I feel like there is an end to this "fat" tunnel. I feel like finally the "fat lady" will sing. She has been quiet for too long and I say, sing already, sing!!!
