Lap Band out

I had my lap-band removed on Tuesday and feel quite relieved. I do feel the pain of surgery and hate the scars, but I'm glad that it is out. My continued journey with weight loss will continue.I'm still at 193 two years later with nothing to show for it but two years of regret, scars, and guilt of what I've done to my body that God gave me.
