"I wanted to wait until after I had my surgery to tell you what I thought of Dr. Dennen. My over-all impression of Dr. Dennen is that he is MARVELOUS! I discovered about 4 months into my WLS process that he is the head of Bariatric Surgery in Fremont. I am completely impressed by that fact, only because I now understand WHY he holds such a position. He is a very competent surgeon. He explains every aspect and detail of this surgery himself! He doesn't expect his staff to do this. He explained the risks as well as the lifetime commitment. To balance his keen surgical competence, I have to add that he is kind, nurturing and has a wonderful sense of humor.
