Hi Lisa, Thank you for checking up on me...that means a lot. I didn't have the surgery yet because the patient before me wasn't breathing ok, so I was rescheduled for the 18th. Hi Lisa, So good to hear that everything went well. My surgery was the 6th & I came home the morning of the 9th. Everything has been going good. I was just moved to the pureed/blended diet today. It seems so overwhelming how I'm suppose to consume all this liquid through out the day. I'm sure before I know I'll have it licked & ready to move onto the soft foods portion. hey ya'll, i am one of lisa's "co-angels"!! lol! i am stealing what gail posted on the mail board....I just spoke with Greg and Lisa is out of surgery! The surgery took a little longer than expected because they found a cysts on her pancreas but they called an oncologist in and checked it out and it's benign. She is sleeping now but all is well! She is in room 810 at Regional Medical Center in Anniston. The number is 256-235-5121. i have since spoken with greg also, lisa was resting at that time. the dr. was looking at releasing her today or tomorrow. i will call her later to check on her & will post more then! bonnie (& gail)
