I passed out and hit my head and went to the hospital for stiches and found out I had A bleeding ulcer on my pouch and had to stay for 4 days I also recived 4 units of blood I feel alot better now

Went for my 1 year checkup DR.Curry is pleased with my progress.All bloodwork came back ok

September 9, 2006 got up early and went to the Loveland bike trail rode 21 miles and had to stop because I had A tire go bad so I stoped on the way home and bought another one better luck next week I hope
September 16, 2006 Went to Loveland bike trail rode 42 miles and no problems with my bike this week I think I'm going to make this A weekly trip

August 8, 2006 Went to my 9 month checkup with my surgeon he said everything is great weightloss is going great.

May 24, 2006 Went to my 6 month check up with my surgeon Everything was normal except my cholesterol was just a few points off I'm down 100 pounds

March 24,2006 I last recorded my weigh in on march 3,2006 I weighed 253 On march 10,2006 I wehghed 263 up 10 pounds and have been on A plateau sense.I hope something breaks soon.

February 14,2006 went for my 3 month post-op checkup Dr.Curry was pleased with my wheight loss and Erin advanced me from soft foods to the last step.
February 25,2006 My daily workout is I walk 1.6 miles then on the home gym I do
20 bench press
20 standing curl
30 ab crunch
15 leg extensions
I do this 3 times A day

January 11,2006 I went to walmart yesterday to get some new pants I was wareing 3xl and they was falling off me so I tryed on 2xl and they was too big also so I went to xl and they fit.then I thought I would try on some coats and I went from 4xl to 2 xl looks like the surgery is doing A great job.

December 6,2005 Went to see my pcp for my first post-op blood work
and check up he says everything is good I went from 16 meds to 6 so
far and he says I will come off most of those before to long.I am so happy I took this step.
December 20,2005 Went for my one month post-op checkup with my surgeon.He says everything is going ok I'm down 4 more pounds.And get to start soft foods today.
