Several accomplishments today!
Went to the hand Surgeon this morning. Stitches came out today! Woo Hoo! Another step in the right direction. One day closer to being released and being able to get back in the gym.
Second, I finally did my measurements again. I have not done them for several months. Well to my surprise, I have lost a total of 70.5 inches since December! How cool is that?
