5 months out!! Yea!! What a journeyWeight 217.5
lost .75 more off my bust
1.25 more off my waist
1.75 more off my abdomen
1.50 more off my hips
.50 more off my thighs
1.50 off my arms
weight lost 11.50 since last month 79 lbs so far!!
down 1.20 in body fat for a total now of 45.90 it was over the scale to begin with!!!
