Henry Horrilleno

"Dr. Horrellino is a very patient, but straight forward man. He doesn't "sugar coat" things, and I really like that in a person. His nurse, Leo, is wonderful and Katie, who answers the phone is very helpful..but I gotta be honest--it's Debra Taylor who has my heart. She worked with me on insurance, etc and was always there to listen to me cry, rejoice with me, etc.My surgery is scheduled for 4-22-02. I was given a huge amount of aftercare instructions, including a video tape. They have a monthly support group, as well as a clothing exchange. Some words of advice to future patients: BE PATIENT and be through with all your pre-op stuff. It's frustrating, but necessary. It has taken me almost 5 months of blood, sweat, tears and ink to get to this stage. Hang in there !"
