Shel; Congratulations on your third year anniversary. Sounds like you are doing great - what things you and the Lord have accomplished. Continue to take good care of yourself.

Thank you. I hope you will continue to lose weight and be health. God is a good God. I have read your profile, my brother played basketball for Arkansas in 1994. His name is Roger Crawford (remember the guy in the basketball goal in the NCAA game) Well so much about him. I have spend the last six months on the computer learning and reading everyone profile. I will pray for you also. Thanks

Michelle, Yes, I plateued on my second week exacatly. I HATED it, but it did break. I am a slow loser, which is frustrating, but I am losing so that is what counts right! I had 20 years to get here, so if it takes me one or two to get back that is ok, frustrating, but ok. I didn't really feel full at two weeks either. BUT I did notice that if I overate or ate too fast I would get pain in my diaphram/ chest area. I finally connected the two things together. I wouldn't worry about it. Just stick to what you are supposed to eat and follow your doctors orders. Good luck Tami
