I feel great and I have lots of energy.  I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the new eating habits.  Praying at all times that I dont screw this tool up.  Against my better judgement i have become obsessed with the scale, I think Im going to throw it away.  As of this w/e I was down 25lbs. in 21days.  I was hoping for more but its better than nothing.  ..

Well I went in to have my stitches romoved today and I now have steri strips(sp).  I saw the PA and was told I was doing well.  I was cleared to drive and return to work on Monday.  Oh yeah and im down 14lbs. in 9 days.

Well today I had my first wow moment.  I tried on a shirt that was too small last fall, it is now loose fitting.  I know that's not much to some but definitely a wow for me.  I'm doing pretty good getting all the vitamins and protein in for now but I keep thinking I should be eating a lil more than 2 ozs. at a sitting.

Today I had my last visit b4 surgery, and met with the NUT.  I have a few things I will have to take now, during an after. 

They moved my time up, I will b in surgery at 8:45am on Tuesday. 

I have so many feelings going on right now, that at some moments I jus cry, but i have the Lord on my side.  Well Im going to have a great w/e and I will Blog again soon.

Okay so its been a few days since I last blogged.

Well I would just like to say yesterday was my birthday and I spent all day pretty much @ the hospital.  Im not mad though I've just about  finished all of my Pre-surgery test.  The only thing I need to do now is get an endoscopy on the 28th and then due my last visit with office and the Nut.  I'm finally getting excited, at first i still was doubting my decision.  My sleep study revealed that I have sleep apnea, so now I go to sleep looking like an astronaut.

My countdown continues I have 12 full days to go!Please keep me in your prayers because this is all new for me and I need all the help I can get.    Well 5/5/09 is fast approaching so stay tuned for the re-birth of me.

Today I have 13 days til turning 35 yrs. young and 27 days til surgery.  I'm now getting excited.

16 days til I turn 35, and 30 days to my life under new management.

It's been a little over a year, and I've now made up my mind.  Thanks to a good friend of whom I hope will be my angel.  I'm looking forward to being a healthier and more active person.

1/25/08 Today was my first visit to Dr. Anez, I was very impressed with his knowledge of weight loss surgery.  This is the start of my journey to slim, I'm looking forward to things to come.
