i still have 80 more pounds to go.

i am feeling a bit better now. i stepped on the scales the other day/ i am now 193 83 more pounds to go. went i first met dr.hagen a couple of years ago i was 235. i lost 10 pounds before i had my surgery. since surgery i have lost 32. so a total of 42 pounds in 2 years. i'll take it,lol. 

i had a gastroscopy test and a dilation done today. it took about half an hour. the nurses at HRRH were so nice to me. I would like to thank the nurses at HRRH,Dr.Hagen and his people and everyone on this amazing board for helping me! happy new year! now i hope i can start losing weight again and being happy! :)

I have lost a total of.......20 pounds.

I really wish I never had this surgery. I truely do and I am so sorry everyone.
