well back again , what can i say to you all but that Iam not going to have the lap band done.thats what i deciede a few mounths ago,weather it was the right choice or the wrong one.
I gess i will never know. at this time ive not done to well on my own trying to do it my self is
just not working.still the same weight , even though i go swimmimg 1hr a day 4 days a week.
And iam dealing with my first daugther leaving for collage , its been so hard like i never though
i miss her so much.talk about crying rivers ive donr it.well anway i just wanted to say hi to all
of you .
