Hello all my friends. I've been home since Friday and am feeling great and cand believe I've lost 18 lbs in the last week it is so amazing. Looking forward to getting off this liquid diet next week. My internet is down so I'm doing the best I can with my blackberry. If anyone has facebook I'm Dennis Botelho much easier to keep in contact just request me as friend. Ill post when I can.
