WEIGHT AT A BIG STAND STILL!

I have been the same weight for at least a month and I about to go insane. I know I just had a baby and all but she is 6 months and mommy is not breast feeding anymore. I have change my diet back for the most part and tried to work out but the doctor said wait until my anemia and blood pressure regulate. But even when I was not working out my weight would move some whats going on I need help people please.
