I had my 2 month post op appointment monday (still cannot believe that it has been a little over 2 months since my rebirth day!!!) Anyways, I am officially down 68 pounds since the start of my liquid diet and 52 poun

but i I know this is just the beginning! Since my liquid diet I've lost almost 60 pounds (literally like a pound or so away...) 41 pounds since surgery.

I am officially one month post op!! Cannot believe this month went so fast! I have days when I am hitting all of my liquid goals as well as protein and I'm beyond proud and excited.

without feeling nauseous or thinking I'm going to be sick.

I cant tolerate anything and it's extremely hard I get fluids in. Water is disgusting, crystal light (well everything) leaves a weird gross taste in my mouth. Protein shakes

But here lately, if I'm standing for too long: doing wishes or taking a shower, I feel like I am going to pass out. I have to sit down and literally calm myself down. I don't understand this.

When do you all progress to other foods?

I see people talk about being on liquids for weeks on in and it shocks me!

As of last Saturday I was on full liquids, and on Wednesday I move on to purees (if my tummy is ok

And still in A LOT of pain. It hurts to move, cough, sneeze.... basically anything that requires me to move my abdaman in anyway.

I have a three week preop liquid diet (yay... its fun i know.) and besides the basics what will I need to help me stay focused during and immediately following surgery?

After surgery I move from liquid to purees about 3-4 days post op

I have creeped on this website for awhile, and haven't really been vocal on here. But today I'm hoping to change that.
