Hi everyone. I'm new to this so please bare with me. I am looking at getting the gastric bypass done this coming winter sometime. I'm scared and happy. I've struggled with my weight all my life. I have always been the big girl. Since I have started this process I've lost almost 20 lbs with the help of all the drs. I know it's goin to be hard and a big change. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions in how to stay strick to the stage deities.
