Im curious to know how much protein plays a roll.I know that they stress it so much after surgery when you're fresh out, but as months go pass how important is it?? I know alot of people who dont eat protein bars or drink

hey everyone so im 10months out and its getting hard to lose weight. Im deff not consuming over 800cals a day and i drink atleast 52-64oz of water a day, but i feel like ive been suck at 205 forever! i dont eat fatty food

So im 8months out of surgery. and so far everything has been pretty good. However ive been at a Stall for about a month or two where the scale wont move! 

So I had my surgery 3/21 and last month I got a curly perm! It was stupid of me to not ask questions before getting it or yet alone even doing research! I'm having a lot of hair loss! And was wondering if that perm has anything to do with it!? I tired

i had my surgery 3/21 I'm almost 3 weeks post op and I just now started to experience hair loss it's not chunks of hair but it's enough that I have to clean my shower drain because the water starts to arise! It's scary and I know pple say its temporary

So I'm a month and 2 weeks out and pretty much I've been eatting eggs eggs eggs sometimes tilapia and turkey but I'm getting tired of everything what else can I eat? 

how many calories a day do you have to eat so your body won't enter starvation mode? In 1 month post op and I seem to have stalled I called my dr office and they told me it was normal it's like a staircase there's ups and downs on the weight 

So im 1month out tomrrw and as soon as i was cleared to eat sofa foods i started gaining weight i gained 8lbs!! has this happen to anyone else?? and honestly im not eating nothing bad i cant even finish 1 egg..im wonderin

its my 7th day out of surgery and honestly I have hardy put any protein in my body I went to the vitamin shoppe and got the little samples packets to see which one I can hold down but none of them are work

Ok so I hope I don't sound dumb but I'm a bit confused! 

I brought the single packets of protein to see which on my stomach can tolerate 

for example - the packet says 23g but in the back it says the packet has 4 servings so does that m

So I'm on day 5 of post op and I can't get in protein my stomach won't take it and I'm trying my best taking sips threw the day but no help it just taste so nasty.. Does anyone know if it has to be a powder protein or if I can jus buy the "to go" maybe
