"I have tried several of Premiers other shakes and I will tell you, none of them taste good except this one. I store them i my refrigerator and drink one every morning when I am done exercising. Lately I have been pouring them over my Special K for breakfast. I don't think they are too sweet or overly filling. Also, the good thing is you can buy them at Sams and some times you can catch them on special. Another thing I like about them is you can literally just drink them right from the box. It makes them very convenient. "
