Looking for surgeons to perform RNY revision. To DS surgery.

I am looking for any surgeon that will perform revision to doudenal switch from RNY. I had RNY in 2009 and lost 100 lbs. I have gained all but 5 lbs of my weight back. I have BCBS Anthem insurance. Any one know if any surgeons ANYEHERE that will perform this surgery?
