Hey, there are no words to describe how you will feel after this. Its amazing!!!!!!! I am 3 months out and down 60 pounds. My BMI was 40.1 and is now 31.1 I can ride my horse, and get on him BY MYSELF>>>>>>> I ain't Little Joe Cartwright but I can do it.... You Will Too!!!! Well maybe not the horse but you will be able to do whatever you want!!! Practice deep breathing! It will help after surgery and remember at first the water will taste awful. Mine tasted like the salt off ice cream freezer, yuck... LOL It gets better tho. I just had bbqed pork chops! Good Luck!!! Love Melanie
