I now weigh just above 420 Pounds, My weight loss has been going rapid and my bmi is now 49.4. I can walk almost fine now. My loose skin has been really getting me though. If I get under 400 I'll have an operation to get it removed, so that's my next short term goal.

Hi guys Eddie Gourmand here, For those of you who don't know I used to be almost half a ton, my max weight was 918.5 Pounds at my peak. My height is almost 6'6" so my BMI was 107.5, My kidneys and heart were barely functioning and I was damn near bed bound staring death in the face. I had the gastric bypass at around 600 pounds, I'm now sitting at 444 Pounds and my heart and lungs are doing better. I still have more weight to lose and i need skin surgery to remove like 60 pounds of loose skin. My goal weight is 250 pounds because I am a tall man, Plus I need a doctor to operate to remove my skin. Do you guys have any advice.
