Hi everyone,

i was an avid OH follower before and after my surgery. It's been 6 years and i have forgotten my user name and password so here i am under a new name. 

i had my sleeve in Aug 2014. It was a great success. I hit my goal weight of 140lbs within the year. I managed to maintain up until last year. I am now up to 170lbs and am back here for more help and encouragement. 

i am feeling terrible about myself and my  body. It is taking a toll. I am shutting people out, getting down, eating, feeling more down, etc. You probably know how it goes. I know my sleeve still works because i get full quickly. I just can't stop the anxiety eating. I blame no one but myself. 

i know i need to get back to basics and am looking for your enthusiasm and hard work to inspire me and help me get rid of these 30lbs - ugh. Thanks everyone and good luck!
