hi all,

  I am a month, well almost, post VGS. I am having major problems getting enough protein and liquid a day. The powders break my mouth out and the pre made shakes make me vomit. Isopure does too- plus it dries my mouth. I've tried unjury

first let me say thank you for the warm welcome and messages from people. 

My surgery was 12/27 and was supposed to be a ds loop.  After finishing the sleeve and moving to remove intestines, there was a vein adhered in scar tissue from my gall

good morning everyone. I am currently sitting in the hospital waiting on my surgeon. My starting weight was 313 with a bmi of 52. This morning prior to surgery my weight is 298. 

 I am nervous and excited.
