Hello, I have survived 20 years in the USN and my weight almost affected my retirement. I was able to maintain the weight within the standard and retire in 2007. My weight has been a consent yo-yo since then. I make progress only to regain it back over time. My health has slowly declined over the years due to weight. I just want to have a healthy weight and body fat and start a more active lifestyle the way it was before. My downfall is staying focus, I always start out strong for about a week or two with my eating and working out; however, I can only maintain the exercise portion on a continuous basis. I enjoy working out and continue to workout to this day. Staying focus on my eating habits to my main concerned.
This will be a lifestyle change that I willing to endure for the rest of my life. There may be setbacks along the way and I understand that but I a determine to continue this journey each and every day.
