So RNY'rs the surgery is over...i am in more pain than I thought!  Anyone have any insider tips about their recovery?  Also I am having trouble drinking, feeling full and just generally understanding my new stomach.  Any input would be lovely.

So just got my Surgery date .... July 20.  I am on Optifast for 4 weeks pre-surgery to increase weight loss due to bmi of 53.  Anyone willing to share weight loss numbers while on Optifast prior to surgery?

I am 8 wks out from RNY surgery in Ottawa.  Does anyone have any information about weight loss on Optifast?  I desperately am looking for guidance 🌸
