I met with two surgeons, both were informative. I chickened out after first one because I realized the problem was a head problem. So I worked on my head. It's better not cured. He relocated and my diet coach said to use one in the system. Well he's highly rated. 

I've been researching weight loss sugery for years off and on. Trying many diets. I struggle. I know weight loss sugery isn't a cure but I think it will help a bit. But I have concerns about not just doing it myself. 

My name is Korina, I'm planning on the gastric sleeve with Dr Chute, i live in Minnesota. I'm in the process. Have many appointments scheduled in October. 

Any words of advice from those who were on the fence? What do you regret after surgery?
