Bill. Just wanted to thank you for the thoughtful words of encouragement.Im very much looking forward to the changes about to take place its all ive been able to think about. After my long battle with my insurance company i can now see the light at the end to turn my life around and it makes me feel better knowing that I have made the right decision. so i guess all i can say for now is ill look for you on the lighter side of life. Bill, Thanks you for your kind words. I too am using tricare - and they approved me for the laproscopic gastric. They are just not approving the lap band. I also want to thank you for the wonderful website you gave me. Currently, I am going through the training with obesityhelp.com to be a moderator. I can't wait to get to the "lighter side" and start enjoying life again. Again thanks for the kind words. Lea

Hi Bill, thank you for your wonderful supportive words on my wls. I dont know if you noticed that my 3/10 date was cancelled indefinetly due to the new criteria from medicare. So upset. I checked with a surgeon in Calif. because I have family there and if all my tests are approved by them they will schedule a date for me...wahooo....and keeping my fingers crossed and praying as hard as I can. Thank you again and I will keep you updated.

Congrats on your loss! You have done an excellent job, and I'm sure that your family and friends are so proud of you. I think it's great that you continue to show your support and make your before/after pics available for people like me, who just decided to go through with WLS. Take care Bill and Have a GREAT Week. Bill, thanks so much for your kind words and support. I really appreciate it! I'm going for surgery in less than 48 hours now and am getting nervuos but it helps that I'm getting so many messages of support. You have done fantastic! It's nice to see what lies ahead for me too. ;-) Hugs, Linda

Congratulations Bill!!!!! That is just a remarkable and wonderful way to relate how much weight you have lost. To just think that you walked around with the wieght of another person. I love the example!!!!!!! Continue to do great. And GOD BLESS YOU
