I am now at the beginning stages of preparing for possible gastric bypass surgery. I have my first meeting with a nutritionist in July, and the first consult with the surgeon in August. My insurance will cover this surgery because I have type II diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, and what I believe to be fibromyalgia (not officially diagnosed, though). I currently weigh 265 pounds.
