The best thing I have found is my Fitbit, it tracks what I do every moment. I also have started walking and doing planks which are super hard.

I plan on counting my calories, making sure I get all the nutrients I need including protein and vitamins and reduce carbs drastically. I also have committed to moving more and drinking more water. But mostly protein, protein, protein ????????????
